Bias paper-feed problems

The printer bias in m11-116 is reporting paper-feed problems (from the
paper-tray in). Removal of the offending sheets and replacement of the
paper tray causes bias to come on-line and then on trying to feed the
first sheet, it sticks. I couldn't discern any problems in a cursory
look, and so I'm sending you mail about it now...
