this workstation was reported by a user as not being able to come up.
at the hit any key prompt it just rolls over to hit any key again.
this needs to be verified.
there is a code to this room, which rita, lou or myself have.
also the user who reported this problem would like to be notified when this
problem has been fixed. (tsrsacac)
