Hi -
I just spoke with Joe Scanlon from the Phone Co.
He checked the line from 37 => e40 this morning
again and found no problem. Joe also ran into
Paul from C/S, Paul told Joe the line was up for
awhile and then went back down 2wks ago (this is
news to me).
Anette from telecom will be getting in touch with
Paul from C/S.
And yes Paul still has not called us with any updates.
