Weird Problem with chicken-soup

Hi!
I don't know if this is repeatable, but...
when user mglover tries to log into chicken-soup, he gets a hesiod error.
He can log into Athena over dialup, and he says other people can log into
that machine without any problem.
He does have hesiod info. I checked (as best I could over the phone) to
make sure this wasn't a user error, but as far as I can tell it isn't.
Let me know if you come up with anything...
