Hello all,
Here is an update on E53-220 from Physical Plant. I have called the
carpenter shop and requested that some type of temporary fix be made to
the wall on Monday 4/24. I am waiting on a call back to find out exactly
when the carpet will be taken care of. If there are any questions or
concerns, please let me know.

Brian,
I tried leaving a voice mail message for you, but wasn't too
successful. It called forward after the no answer, but it never went
to a greeting.
Carmen Lepore, one of the Carpenter Shop supervisors, assured
me he was going to call you. You may have heard from him now. He said
the materials will take a few days to arrive. I told him that you were
concerned that the repairs would not be ready for the dedication on May
1st. He may speak to you about making a temporary repair if the
materials don't arrive on time.
I spoke with Antoinette Heery of Building Services concerning
the rug. She is making arrangements to have Acme Cleaning come in to
pull up that rug and blow dry the underside.
As for the card readers, I found out that Chris Nolan, Manager
of Housing, should be able to provide you with the information you're
looking for. You can reach him on x3-5144.
If I can be of any further assistance, please let me know. I'm
going to keep my eye on the situation with E53-220 and will be in touch
with you the beginning of next week to make sure everything is coming
along smoothly.
