7-012 power shutdown

M7-012 was reported with no power. This cluster has been known to shut their
power off at night. But there were people working in there when it got shut
off, they don't know how to turn the power on and neither do we. Lou and
myself are currently trying to find out how to get the power back on.
Also (username)=conbouss, would like to be notified when this cluster is back
up.
