ZBT hardware problems

Hello, we have three hardware problems with the ZBT cluster:
1) A flaky net connector. The net connector on minstrel periodically
and randomly fails, and the machine loses its connections to the
outside world. Unplugging and replugging the ST-500 connector often
works as a temporary solution, but eventually it just dies again.
2) Strange laser printer sounds. The laser printer (Our
ScriptPrinter) makes strange buzzing noises. We weren't sure if it
was a loose fan or some important motor burning itself out, so (at the
suggestion of an alum who works at DEC) we turned it off.
3) A tape got stuck in one of our tape drives, and is running continuously.
