Last week I had reported a problem with the display of
mull.mit.edu, a DECStation 3100 located in 48-205.
John came over and Ok'd getting a new monitor. Yesterday
a man from Digital came and replaced the monitor. The new
monitor is clear and big and not wavy BUT
IT HAS A HUGE ABRASION SCRATCH RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE
SCREEN. The scratched area is approximately 2 x 4 inches
and makes it damn hard to look at the center of the screen.
Could we have another new monitor? or even the old one was
better than this..... Don't pay Digital for this lemon.
