Disk error, apparently. Saying things like
Warning ....
Sense key: media error ...
... Block 23296 ....
hard data error.
Noone reported problems with it, it was running 6:30 last night, dead
when I tried to ping it by 9 or 10pm, and this morning I found it in
this state.
The combo to the room hasn't changed since you were last there.
