A user came into the SIPB office to report that her monitor had "gone
black." Her machine, w20-575-88, is down. I could not get the monitor
to display anything, nor could I get the machine to reboot, and the
machine is not pinging. She thinks she might have unplugged the keyboard
when she was adjusting its position, but all plugs are now in.
