SCSI error on m66-080-19.mit.edu, CDROM drive not installed

There seems to be a problem with the SCSI card on this particular
SGI (m66-080-19.mit.edu).  The CDROM is not recognized (no icon,
doesn't show up under diak manager).  Upon system restart, there is
error message regarding SCSI parity error.  Please investigate.
