This system was reported by Bill Catey yesterday, and by someone else today
with a msg of 'can't open input device'. I have troubleshooted this classic
down to a faulty keybd port (left side). I have replaced this keybd with a
new style keybd under sun self maint. System now back up and operating
properly.
