I'm planning to shut down the AFS fileservers Fennel and Thyme
overnight to move them to a more reliable source of electrical power.
The shutdown will be sometime between 2am and 7am, lasting no more
than one hour. (It will be announced again on Zephyr instance consult
shortly beforehand.)
