Hi -
From what I found out it went to the regular warranty
channels, which is when they ship us a part and we ship
the bad one to them. When placing service calls to
Sun from now on specify we have on site support.
John at Sun is making this call go's through on site service,
which means Kevin Denman should be getting this call. Please
followup on this on Monday.
