m11-116-12 keyboard broken

A user was logged into m11-116-12 and the keyboard died on them. The
user is still logged in there, and can't log out or destroy their
tickets or anything, so if you could do something about it fairly soon
and log them out, we'd appreciate it.
I suggested that he shut the monitor of the workstation off so that
people can't see his screen since he's going wo have to leave the
workstation without logging out of it.
