Hi,
I wasn't sure if this is a hotline issue, f_l, or even ops. So I'll try the
first two first.

When I try to check my printer quota, or any quotas related to the "Crl"
printer, I get these messages:

      wren% lpquota
Unable to contact quota server on hector
      wren% lpquota -Pcrl
Unable to contact quota server on hector

This leads me to think that printer accounting is not working on the "crl"
printer. This is _bad_. Can you please look into it or have it looked into and
let's get it fixed?

I also would like to see the printer logs for "crl". Kim Carney assured me I
could get them somehow whenever I wanted them. I'd like to see just how bad the
over-quota damage is on my machine. We have students who like to print infinite
amounts of paper if we let them. (I don't want to let them anymore).

Please get back to me as soon as you can. Thanks!

   Rob
