 Hello George,
	I tested the printer at New House. It has a bad toner kit.
	I swapped in a test toner kit and that one printed fine.
	Your printer has over 10,400 copies on it so it is pretty well 
	spent........

	I noticed a sign on the front desk. It says something like "If 
	you print more than 200 pages You will need to donate a ream".
	Please encourage users to not take the 'donated ream' from
	the clusters.
