torque-wrench keyboard failure

The keyboard on this maxine failed to respond to keystrokes this
morning.  Powercycling the machine allowed it to boot, but the
keyboard was not recognized as an input device and the ROM monitor
would not display on the color screen. (no I didn't bother to attach a
serial terminal)  This maxine is in the ESG cluster (24-618).  Please
drop a line by esg-cluster-mgrs if you're going to visit; there are
people around during most hours, though.
