Subject: Printer dirty
Date: Sun, 05 Feb 1995 18:20:42 EST

Hi,

I have a new problem for you. Our printer has begun to produce
smeared, sort of dirty, looking prints. I looked around inside, and
wiped off the clear piece of plastic on the outside of the toner cartridge.
This fixed the problem for the next sheet, but after a few more prints,
it was back to being dirty. I don't think our toner is low -- we've only
printed about 7000 pages. Do you happen to know what's wrong?
