workstation in m4-035: no login window

Hi! There are a couple of workstations here (m4-035-11 and m4-035-6) 
which seem to have got out of X windows and there is an error message;

"INIT: Command is respawning too rapidly. Check possible errors"

It is also not responding properly to the keyboard.
