Brian Murphy of IS and myself are trying an experiment to process
shutdown notification in a more proficient and expedient way for the
future. As a start, we decided to send this "TEST" E-Mail message to
the Shutdowns list of IS. To insure we know who has received this
message, please notify Brian Murphy.
