A user came in claiming it had crashed, and the keyboard reset didn't
work. His console was scrolling an infinite list of keyboard and
mouse reset messages. After reseating all the cables, I powered the
system down, and tried to power it back up. The power light flashed
twice, then remained off. I suspect the power supply is dead.
