Hi JJ,
     You are correct! If you looked a little furthur, like 1 or 2 notes behind
the E51-007-10 note, you would of found that E51-007-4's mouse was replaced.
End of story.

Ahhh no, no confusion here.  Carlton said it had a bad mouse and if
there wasn't a bad mouse found on #10 it might be somewhere else in 
E51 floating around to be found by another unsuspecting user.

The ethernet cable was disconnected & it also has a bad mouse.

Workstation found up and in use with no complaints from client.

JJ, you appear to be confused. As stated above, the workstation was found up
and in use with no complaints from the client. If the mouse was replaced,
the DEC clipboard could be checked, as well as the actual hotline note.
Has anyone else found the above explanation confusing? If so, please llet me 
know.
