Phy Plant dispatched a workman to w20 cluster for a 'too hot' message
on their FCS sensor. The cluster was hot, not the machine room. The
room started cooling soon after Phy Plant arrived. Cause; a previous
air handler outage dumped warm air into the Building circulators.

If there is a confusion as to what room is having a temp
problem, ask for the "PT number". Each sensor is marked with a "PT Number".
