DECstation 5000/25 Monitor Problem

Hi

This DECstation 5000/25 (e51-007-1.MIT.EDU) has had the following problem 
with its monitor for several months.

It is in focus in the centre of the screen, but increasingly out of focus 
as you move further from the centre. The top left of the screen is the worst.

It is causing me a headache.
