This system was reported with a blank display. Seeing that this system was
deployed within the last few days, and that it belongs to the registrars
office, Carlton and I had troubleshooted instead of placing a call to Bell
Atlantic. A bad video cable was found and replaced. Registrar3 is now up and
running and the client was very happy.
