Hi -
I have this filter change scheduled with Lisa St Croix for Monday
23rd 8am, I'm not sure where Ted got the 26th. Anyway, I've left
Lisa Vmail to clarify the date and there is also a note in hotline
in regards to this.

HI all,
Ted Johnson, Asst Director of Programs at CAC.
Sent a memo tto say that Physical Plant will be changing the filters in
the heating and cooling units in W20-575 at 6am, Jan. 26. Please be
advised to move any objects near the perimeter of these units. This
includes furniture, computers and supplies.
I will give the memo to Brian. I think its time to start removing my
name from some of these Memos.
The ones I can think of currently are:
Memo from -- CAC for XMAS and New Years Closing
CAC for Filter changes
Change Campus Police
emergency phone numbers to include Brian and remove mine
- From Jeff Schiller to Physical Plant notifications, these
are posted on the doors of all the machine and router rooms
- AS well as notifying Campus Police and Physical Plant of
the changes.
