I replaced the complete maintenance kit with the last one I had, having just
replaced it before with the one I had before that -- no change in the smeared,
blurry, whatever, output quality. I suppose it could be that both my
maintenance kits were made at the same time in some bad shipment, but how can I
find that out? What can we do to get this situation improved? Please help...
