Out of curiosity why are we defering a shutdwon of the electronic classroom in
1-115 from IAP into the term ?
That seems contrary to our usual policies....is there something going on then
that I did not know about when I OK'd this for 8400.

During IAP 1-115 is being used heavily and I didn't want to interrupt.
Anyway I will come in around 5am on the 17th to shutdown the systems
and will bring them back up before the 9am class.
