Problems with machines in E51-007?

Hi!
I just had a user come in who thought he was having password
problems. One of the error messages he got was "contained something like
contact hardward hotline".
There wasn't anything wrong with his password, so I suspect some
of the machines in E51-007 may be having problems. He tried three of
them.
I don't know if the machines are having problems or not. I can
contact e51-007-1 through e51-007-6, but nothing above that.
