NOTE: Access to email servers for TechMail and all Athena
workstations will be affected for the duration of the
E40 upgrade.
Access to Athena dialup servers will be affected for
the duration of the E40 upgrade
Also expect somewhat slower Kerberos authentication
and Domain Name Service transactions for the duration
of the E40 upgrade.
The completion of these hardware upgrades will facilitate future
upgrades to the system software on the routers.
