Wierd EZ on the W20 RT packs

We've gotten these questions from students in OLC yesterday and today. Can
you please investigate?

Is there something wrong with ez ? I tried to use it and I got a message :
Loading ez .... ( Unknown version number ) ...
I could not enable the basic styles b'cos the option wasn't there in the
menu.
I tried to print a file and got 2 blank pages !!
W20-575-120:
I was writing a paper on ez last night. Today when
I logged in, I called up the name of that file,ez memo.ez. Athena gave me th
e text but all the
different fonts, italics, boldface, and centering
that I had done were gone. I noticed, when I initially typed ez memo.ez, the co
mputer gave me Template
default not gound" and then proceeded to give me
the "wierd" text.

I'm having problems printing a file. I set the printer to w20-east-3, but nothi
ng happens. I've tried other printers, but still I get nothing....
