Hi,
There's a problem with the private workstation "spyder" The user can't
log in and can't log in as root. The machine has had mkserv remote run
on it. Rather than try to debug this problem (who knows what else
could be wrong) I think it would be best to do a re-install.
The user is in somewhat of a bind and needs to get the machine
re-installed today. I spoke with JJ and Jerry, they both seemed to
think it can be re-installed today. So, can you re-install spyder as a
public workstation, and let <op> and the user, <adhadwal@mit.edu>,
know when it's done. We'll then schedule time with the user to run
mkserv remote and make sure it works properly.
