I have received a 1410 call marked urgent in regards to smoke coming out from
a VR262 monitor in the Hayden Library. I have verified this situation as
being true. The L.E.D. (green power light) on the monitor still stays on
solid. However, something has burnt up inside the monitor. (posible deflection)
I have placed a service call for Wednesday. S/N AB9330oRM3 LOG # BB5489
Rita, I have also filled out a service report form for this problem.
