while checking on netprob this morning with Brian in 11-135
we noticed that the primary A/C unit was making noise. I
shutdown and the backup kick'd on with no problems. Called
1500 and Tom from HVAC showed up in no time, opened up and
found shaft warp'd and bearings toast. He has started work
on the unit but most likely repair will not be complete
untill end of week.
