I hope this message finds that all of you and yours had a happy
holiday.
Now I will get right down to business. Walter Mansell of Telecomm has
a serious problem with having the shutdown on a weekend. This would
cause problems for his department. Therefore, Neil and myself are
trying to work out a solution that would work for IS, Telecomm and the
Credit Union.
Neil has suggested we have a two hour electric shutdown one morning and
an hour and half shutdown the very next morning. He is looking at, for
example, 6:30 - 8:30 am, Tuesday and 6:30 - 8:00 am, Wednesday. Neil
can be very flexible with this. He will come in at 5:00 am if need be.
Also it can be any two mornings so long as they are two consecutive
mornings. He would like to have these shutdowns the week of 12/5 -
12/9.
Please respond with whatever time frames you can give me for this week
or let me know if you have any problems with this schedule. I still
have to talk to Walter Mansell of Telecomm and Kim Shooter of the
Credit Union tomorrow. I will keep you posted of any information I
obtain.
