ln03 printer 'crl' print quality needs to be fixed

In printouts now, the letters (especially bold ones or larger type sizes) have
shadows around them, as if there were too much toner being attracted to the
paper or something. I don't know of any knobs to adjust for contrast,
electrostatic gain, or whatever... Can I get an Athena person who knows these
printers to come over and see what can be done?
