Twice in the past few days (once just a few minutes ago, once a day or 2 ago) it has booted up w/ the serial console instead of the keyboard, because it claimed to not find the keyboard. Unplugging/replugging the keyboard and power cycling (L1-A is useless) makes it sane again. --jhawk
