Hi Eric-
I remember the headache that we both went through and I was
under the impression that the network guy? on your end had
or was going to resolve this issue. Let me talk to a couple
of people on this end and see what I can find out. You are
one of our best customers and we want to keep you happy.
Being a remote site add's to the frustration and to help cut
some of that out contact me directly and I will work with
you personally.
