Neil Tomlinson stated he had called 1410 and left a message with a
woman with regard to shutting down electric power in building E19 on
Sunday, 12/4. This would actually be two power shutdowns. The first
would be from 6:30 AM through 8:30 AM, the second would be from 7:00 PM
until 9:00 PM. The Telephone Room would be ok on emergency power.
This is part of the Cogen Project. Neil thought as he was in for the
other shutdown he might just as well do this one at the same time.
Neil will be out for the rest of this week. You may respond to me with
approval or questions/concerns.
NOTE: I suggested that Neil utilize the E-Mail system for pre-clearing
shutdowns with Jeff and yourself. Please let me know if you disagree.
