many users and the consultants reported problems with bringing up systems.
they have been receiving messages to spindown and spinup their packs.
this has been traced down by Ann S. to be that their systems were active
when there was a change made to the server. To rectify their problem all they
have to do is reboot their system.
This note will stay in hotline until the end of the week.
