caduceus RVD server down?

Hello!
In the consulting office, we've had two questions from people in
m20 area not being able to use their machines. They get the following
message on activation.
WARNING vd0: server crashed, spindown and spinup again
rvdgetm: 18.88.0.40: service not yet available (get_message)
m20-vssys: Can't mount /dev/vd0a on /srvd - I/O error
Rebooting does not seem to solve the problem. 'spinup' doesn't seem to
work for mortals. The server there (m20-vssys) is caduceus. When I do
rvdshow, I get:
% rvdshow caduceus
rvdshow: caduceus: service not yet available (display_active)
This doesn't seem good. Is the server down? Can someone spin it up?
