Sure, we'd be happy to. Do you have a particular mechanism in mind that
we should be using? Our current practice is to use instance consult to
convey status information to users and Athena consultants. How about if
the people on Hotline subscribe to -i consult? That way we only have to
send the status information to one place, and we can devote more time
to getting the problem fixed.
