ocean engineering athena cluster in 7-321
sun sparcstation, catamaran.mit.edu
cannot log on in anything other than temporary fashion. the
initialization window tells that it is having problems connecting to
afs. caller is convinced that there is some problem within the hard
drive and whoever comes to fix this must come with tools to reload the
hard drive.

He noticed the problem last night at 10 pm or so and had called hotline
at that time. He would appreciate it if someone could look into it as
soon as possible. He has already talked to olc.
