Hi All-
I was just speaking with Neal Tomlinson about the canceled
main group electrical shutdown. He has requested that this
shutdown happen either on Fri 18th starting at 6pm and ending
Sat 8am or starting Sat 19th 6pm through Sun 8am.
I have blocked out the 1-115 and 2-032 electronic classrooms
starting from Fri 6pm through Sun 8am, so they are not a problem.
Max 15 minutes: Buildings: 1-8,10 and 11
(12 Hours) Buildings 1 & 3
This shutdown will have to start on Sat 19th 6pm till Sun 7:30am.
The following clusters would have to be shutdown starting around
5pm:
1-115
1-142
2-032
2-225
4-167
4-034
10-500
10-600
11-113
11-116
All cluster except for 1-115 and 1-142 would be able to reopen
around 7pm. 1-115 and 1-142 would be able to reopen around 8am
Sun.
Will need an MOTD/signs hung and CSR's will have to decide who's
coming in and when. I let Mary Files know that 95% sure ok by
1410 and will have to have ok from 8400 before proceding. I'll
call Mary tomorrow early am and let her know the status.
Any problems/questions/suggestions shoot.

PS if this shutdown is put off after this weekend Neal Tomlinson would not
be able to procede most likely untill the New Year.
