After a meeting with Harry Hemond and Bill Tascano in building 48, i have
rescheduled the work previously scheduled for sunday nov 20th to sunday dec
4th. This rescheduling is due to an experiment in bldg 48 that can't be
interrupted... the 4th of dec was their eariliest and best time for a
power interruption... while i was there, i showed Harry our electrical
drawings and explained our cutover procedures to him so that he could have
a full understanding of what Plant was doing to the building.
i will work with joy/parsons to accomplish any "pre-work" that can be done
before dec 4th without interruption to 44,45,48...
