Dave, the ping output you forwarded doesn't indicate
any problem at all with the network at Huntington Ave.
Note that no packets are lost in the count.
The spurious output results because when ping is running,
you get output for ANY ICMP event occurring, even ones
not related to the ping. For example, above it appears
that the workstation you were using was trying to talk
to 143.89.13.85 for some reason, and was failing with
a Dest Unreachable error. The latter has nothing to do
with the results of the ping test.
I have also checked the output of the nightly router
report and didn't see any significant error count (2)
for the Huntington link.
Do you have some other output which you feel indicates
a network problem?
