Electrical Shutdowns from Neil Tomlinson (for 11/19-11/20)

Spoke with Neil Tomlinson on the phone today. The electrical shop is planning
for shutdowns for the weekend of 11/19 and 11/20. They are:
11/19:
Main Group: 7AM-7:15AM Buildings 1-8,10,11
Buildings 1-3: Extended Shutdown (measured in hours, probably most of
the day). Will effect 1-115.
11/20:
Most of day shutdown for building 44-48 (don't remember exact list of
buildings, but they were all that side of the street).
Shutdown notice will still come from the Operations Center (with a more
details). This is an early "heads up" notice.
