To the Athena Group,
My name is Fritz and I work for D.C.N.S. I picked up a
hotline call at 3:16 p.m. on Nov, 2 1994 from Kevin Denman who works for Bell
Atlantic. He serviced two machines in E-52. The first machine, named Merchant,
had a monitor replaced. He adjusted the focus on the second machine, Tho,r but
there is no noticeable difference. The call numbers for these two repairs are
412601 and 412604 respectively.
