Hello,
Thank you for your mail about your lost files. We will attempt to recover
your home directory from tape made October 20. Unfortunately, restoring
home directories is something we can only do when our tape drives are not
in use, which means there can be a several day delay between when a request
such as yours comes in, and when the files actually get restored to disk.
We will let you know as soon as the files are on disk. Thank you.
